Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Expedited Shipping: Orders with paid shipping are prioritized.

  • Non-Operational Days: Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

2. General Shipping Information

  • Address Verification: Ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. This includes spelling, apartment numbers, suite numbers, and correct line entries.

  • Address Changes: Once an order has departed from our facility, address modifications are not possible.

  • Missing Packages:

    • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't locate your package, contact us to initiate a claim process with the courier.

    • Claims for lost packages may take a few days to resolve. Upon confirmation of a lost package, we will either refund or replace the item based on your preference.

  • Returned Packages: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or other issues will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

  • Parcel Lockers: For residential deliveries, oversized packages may be placed in a parcel locker at your community mailboxes.

3. Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: Displayed at checkout based on shipping address, applicable Monday through Friday.

  • Military Addresses: Available only for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses with specific delivery schedules.

  • Delivery Scenarios:

    • Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

    • Expedited orders are processed the next business day.

4. International Shipping

  • General Delivery Times: Most international shipments reach customs within about 8 business days. Clearance times may vary.

  • Specific Country Information: For orders to Spain, UPS Worldwide Economy DDP is used, with all duties and taxes included. Delivery updates are provided via email and can be tracked online.

5. High-Risk Orders

  • Fraud Prevention: Orders flagged for potential fraud will require additional verification, including a photo ID and the credit card used (showing only the last four digits).

6. Order Cancellation and Returns

  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the shipping process.

  • Returns:

7. Claims and Disputes

  • Package Claims: If a package is reported as delivered but not received, we will initiate a claim with the courier.

    • USPS claims must be filed between 15 to 60 days after mailing.

    • UPS and FedEx claims should be initiated immediately.

  • Resolution: Claim investigations can take 30-40 days. We will follow up with the appropriate action based on the courier’s final decision.

8. Disclaimer

  • Liability: Astral Supplements, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or third-party locations where the customer is not present to receive the package.

  • Address Accuracy: It is crucial to provide a complete and correct address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address corrections after an order has been processed.
